On line end surface defect vision inspection equipment is used for inspecting the end surface defects. Through one or more different function cameras to inspect the lining compound side(we call front-side) groove and backside. It adopts high contrast industrial camera to take the can image and transmit to the computer through the image acquisition card and then the image will be judged and analyzed by special image processing software and finally the bad products will be kicked out accurately by the ejection device.
